Terms
A signed acceptance of these terms and conditions is required before work commences (Booking Form).
A deposit maybe required from all new clients.
Retainers are paid 50% in advance and 50% on completion.
Web site developments and certain projects will require a % deposit.
The responsibility for final proof reading and accuracy of documents remains with the client. Any errors or omissions found within a reasonable time scale will be corrected free of charge.
If you are a retainer customer, hours in addition to those contracted will be charged at the normal hourly rate.
All of my clients are guaranteed that their work is handled in a confidential and secure manner and will not be disclosed to any other party, directly or indirectly, nor will any information received from a client be used to benefit Virtual PA.fr. I are pleased to sign a clients own Non-disclosure or Confidentiality Agreement if required.
Encryption Key: If you wish to send VPA sensitive information by email, I strongly advise that you use our PGP Encryption Key.
I will complete work promptly and to agreed deadlines. A full set of Terms and Conditions will be supplied with the Booking Form.
Payment
I invoice on the date of finishing each assignment, monthly or as agreed. All invoices to be paid within 14 days.
Payment can be made by PayPal, IBAN/BIC transfer or Cheque and must be in EURO.
Completed Work
Completed work will be delivered by mutually convenient means to include:
CD / DVD format
First class post
Courier (at an additional cost)
