The property is located in Languedoc in the foothills of the Cevennes in the Gard department (80 km from Avignon, 45 km from Nimes, 50 km from Montpellier and the Mediterranean). The region abounds with cultural activities (Sauve, Anduze, Avignon, Arles, Nimes, Montpellier, Pont du Gard…).. Many monuments, abbeys, churches and castles reflect an imposing past. The water mill is set along a small river: The Conturby. The outbuildings have been converted to 4 gites (studio / apartments) of various capacities (4 to 8 people) overlooking the creek and the mill pond, which functions as a natural pond. The pool (6x11m) in the garden invites you to rest, read or just sit back for an aperitif in the welcoming bar: the Cevennes way of life!
